Helm Health app for iPhone and iPad

Take control of your health! Helm provides a personalized list of preventative health screening tests and basic primary care services to help users become more informed about their health. Helm also connects users with nearby food banks and free and/or low-cost medical clinics where they can discuss their nutrition and medical care with trained specialists and primary care physicians.

Seventy-five percent of US healthcare spending is on chronic, and largely preventable, diseases. By becoming aware of and treating these chronic conditions early, quality of life can be improved and significant medical expenses can be avoided. We created Helm to help our users live healthier and more informed lives.

Helm is currently being tested at clinics in the Bay Area, and we hope to show that Helm has a positive impact on users health and their ability to get connected to primary care clinics. If it does, we will expand Helm to other cities. For the time being, however, clinic data may only be accurate in the Bay Area.
